Basta website accessibility statement

Getting support should be easy to do. We’re building this website with accessibility in mind, using WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our target. This is a design goal, not a claim of certified or complete conformance.
Using this website
- Use a keyboard to reach links and expand questions. Press Tab to move forward, Shift + Tab to go back, and Enter or Space to open a question. The language menu works the same way.
- The ‘Skip to content’ link appears when you begin navigating with a keyboard.
- Headings, page regions, descriptive links, and image descriptions help screen-reader users navigate the content.
- Text can be enlarged with browser zoom. The layout adjusts to narrow screens.
- The site respects your device’s reduced-motion setting. Nothing flashes or starts playing automatically.
- Core content, language links, navigation, and questions work without JavaScript. Automatic language selection and remembering a choice require JavaScript. There are no time limits or required gestures.
What we’re checking
We check mobile and desktop layouts, text contrast, keyboard focus, navigation, and image descriptions during development. We have not completed an independent accessibility audit or broad testing with assistive-technology users.
Known limitations
App screenshots contain text inside images. Descriptions and nearby text explain the main features, but do not reproduce every screen detail. Screenshots are previews, not interactive versions of the app.
This statement covers the website. Accessibility testing of the released iPhone app will be documented separately. Website content is available in English, Italian, French, German, and Spanish. These translations have not been independently reviewed by native-speaking specialists.
